Pumpkin Pie Spice
Again pumpkin pie spice mix is another ingredient that is difficult to find in the UK so I had to make my own. I used this Pumpkin Pie Spice recipe from Sarah @ Yummy Smells as a guide, although I missed out the ground cloves and instead added some allspice.
Pumpkin Pie Spice Recipe
Makes just over 1 tsp (enough for Brown Butter Pumpkin Muffins recipe).
- 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp of ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp of ground allspice
Mix together throughly.
