Cinnamon Sugar is really simple to make, you just mix cinnamon and caster sugar together.

Makes just over 1 tablespoon (enough for Brown Butter Pumpkin Muffins recipe).
- 1 tablespoon of caster sugar
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
Mix together throughly.
